She is survived by: her former husband Billy Joe Booker; her husband George Head; her daughters, Berrie Crump, Branda Booker and Buffy Bales (Scott); her grandchildren, Nikki Boarman (Derek), Matt Suiter (Tamra) and Wes Suiter; and her great grandchildren, Cohen, Avery Boarman, Nolan, Kylar and Riley Suiter.
