He is survived by: his sons, James Crabtree (Crystal) and Michael Crabtree; his grandchildren, Haven, Raylen and James Jr.; his close friend Deloris King; and his siblings, Mark Crabtree and Angela Crabtree. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
