He is survived by: his mother Linda Lois Heflin (Allen); his son James Garner of Owensboro, KY; and his siblings, Lois Jackson (Scott) of Boonville, IN, Gracie Griffin (Jeff) of Rockport, IN, Rita Crabtree of Owensboro, KY and Robin Garner of Owensboro, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
