He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beth Vice Carpenter and John Mark Vice; and his grandson Jared Lee Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Carol Tichenor Vice; his daughters, Liessell Hamilton (Greg) of Knottsville and Kari Keith (Dennis) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Emily, Wesley Hamilton, Katherine, Lauren and Erin Keith; his brothers, Paul Vice (Allison Ewart) of Louisville and Glenn Vice (Gwen) of Hebron; his sister-in-law Myra June Vice of Hendersonville, NC; and his mother-in-law Delores Tichenor of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
