He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward John and Mary Helen Head Clark; his wife Mary Thelma Clark; his son Daniel; and his siblings, William Clark and Elizabeth Mattingly.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne White (Chuck) and Denny Clark; his grandchildren, Beth Martin (Jarret) and Travis White (Hannah); and his siblings, D. J. Clark, Leon Clark, Joan Clark, Nancy Walz and Anita Bergeuin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
