She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Clarence and Avery Florence Mitchell; her husband Omer Dean Case, Sr.; and her brother James Lewis Mitchell of Paducah, KY.. She is survived by: her sons, Omer Dean Case, Jr. (Lynn) of Owensboro and Chris Alan Case (Carrie) of Orono, MN; her granddaughters, Sarah Case of Owensboro, Kathy Sinclair (D'Mere) of Dallas, NC, Lindsey Case of Arlington, VA and Jordan Case of Orono, MN; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Darian and Danika; and her brothers, J. W. Mitchell of Humboldt, AZ and Billy Mitchell of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
