She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Megan; and her brother Butch James. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Fenwick (Lisa) of Daviess County, Keith Fenwick (Katie) of Owensboro and Stacy Fenwick Herguth (Bill) of Pittsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Tony, Cody, Seth, Emma and Sam; and her siblings, Bennie James of Owensboro, Ellen Alvey (Charles) of Smyrna, TN, Brenda Mayes of Smyrna, TN and Linda Miller (Tim) of Smyrna, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
