She was predeceased by: her father William Wright Sapp, Sr.; and her brother David Sapp. She is survived by: her siblings, William Wright Sapp, Jr. (Lois) and Judith Sullivan (Ed); her sister-in-law Linda Sapp of Owensboro; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Sapp (Liza), Mark Sapp (Stacie), Chris Sapp (Annette), Aaron Sapp (Jessi), Jennefer Greenlee (Kevin), Nathan Sapp (Jill), Joshua Sullivan (Sarah) and Sarah Herrmann (Peter). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and two great great nieces.
