It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debbie Miller Williams of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles William and Irene "Rene" Still Miller; her husband Bob "Bobby" Williams; her children, Steve Williams (Stephanie), Wes Williams (Madeline) and Jennifer Rickard (Mike); her grandchildren, Beau Rickard, Will Rickard, Jenna Williams, Erin Williams and Bennett Williams; and her sister Yvonne Metcalfe (Richard). She was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
