He is survived by: his wife Beth Morris Smith; his parent Josiah Smith (Norma) of Donna, TX; his father-in-law William Morris (Linda) of Calhoun; his daughters, Taylor Fraim (Dakota) of Caneyville and Gabby Smith of Owensboro; his brother David Smith (Karen) of Malta; his sister-in-law Barbie Irby (Mark); and also, Bella, Shep of Philpot, Clara Johnson (Wayne), Matthew Morris (Erin) of Central City and Jessica Benningfield (Greg) of Bremen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
