He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Shively (Torie) and Josh Shively (Sara); his fiancée Melissa Hamilton; his fiancée's son Andrew Hamilton (Brooklyn); his grandchildren, Liam and Grace Shively; his brothers, Larry Shively (Sara) and Tim Shively (Cindy); and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Shively, Rachel Shively, William Shively, Alex Shively, Lauren Martin and Jacqueline Cox.
