He is survived by: his wife Virgina Cardwell Morris; his children, Dr. William C. Morris (Allison) of Henderson, KY, Anna Morris Settle (Russell Settle) of Owensboro and James D. Morris of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Mackenzie C. Morris, Madeline M. Pinkston (Neil), Maclaine G. Morris, Macy E. Morris, Dr. Katherine C. Settle, Clark R. Settle, Kegan M. Settle, Bailey M. Morris and Margaret Sloan Morris; his great grandchild Archer B. Pinkston; and his sister Norma Owens Rebik.
