He was predeceased by: his father William Hill. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Hill (Daughtery); his wife Lisa Hill (Nunn); his children, Crystal Lindsey, Chasity Peckenpaugh, Timothy Hill and Matt Hill (Lacy); and his sisters, Patti Richmond, Tammy Mosely, Shirley Roach and Cindy Hill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society/ KODA in honor of David's memory.
