With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Edward Hocker of Owensboro, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmage Edward Hocker and Margaret McClanahan Hocker; and his sister Jane Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Marcia of Owensboro; his children, Valeria Ball of Brentwood, Margaret Johnson (David Johnson) of Brentwood and David Talmage Hocker (Rosemary Hocker) of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Harrison of Brentwood, Clay of Brentwood, Mary Grace of Brentwood, Maggie of Brentwood, Ford Johnson of Brentwood, Hunter Ball of Brentwood, William Ball of Lexington, Brittney Thompson and Talmage Hocker, Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Mather Zickler (Christoph Zickler) of Neenah, Robert Zoss (Katie Zoss) of Louisville, Laurent Zoss (Sheri Zoss) of Denver and Banning Zoss of Denver, Colorado; his sisters, Christy Hall of Owensboro and Patricia Riddle (Bill Riddle) of Lexington; and his siblings-in-law, Joni Matthews (Scott Van Sickle) and Jim Matthews. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
