It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Anthony Shelton of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Shelton; and his grandparents, Elmer, Anna Alvey and Elise "G. G.". He is survived by: his mother Bertha "BJ" Alvey Shelton; his wife Nancy Basham Shelton; his brother Stephen Shelton (Vicki); his nephew Stephen Anthony Shelton; his niece Brandi Whitfield; his stepchildren, Thomas Daniels and Michelle Clark; and his close friend Buster. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, 4 step-greatgrandchildren; and his favorite dog.
