He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey Kelly and Yvonne Goodwin Swanagan; and his sister Tara Michelle Briskey. He is survived by: his children, Teesha Roberts (Jeff), Michael Kelly (Demetria) and Daven Kelly Jr.; his siblings, Dewana Swanagan, Amy Bell (Laurance), Samantha Belle-Poe (DeMarkus), Dee Palmer and Tony Kelly; his grandchildren, Destiney, Dayanna, Dulce, D'Michael, Arianna, Damiyah, Dakorian, Javeonna, Ja'Karious and Daven III; his stepparents, Pearlina Kelly and Dewayne Swanagan (Natasha); and his former spouse Tonja Kelly. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of the Living God P. (2319 W 10th St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
