He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Dorothy Sublett Self; and his siblings, Sonny, Gary, Glenn, Byron Self and Sharon Gail Self.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Self; his children, Andrew Self (Victoria), Carrie Harris (Don), Hannah Weller (David) and Mollie Self; his grandchildren, Damien Jon Michael Moore, Daymon Weller, Maddox Self, Daria Moore, Lillie Self-Miller, Tinsleigh Self and Scarlett Self; and his sister Gayla Westerfield (Byron).
