He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. F. V. Chambers and Myrl Chambers; his wife Jameline "Jay" Chambers; and his siblings, Donna Jo Price, Bruce and Frank Chambers.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Paul Chambers (Karen) of Louisville, Dr. Elton Chambers (Montica) of Seymour and Dr. Sally Chambers of Richmond, Kentucky.; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Litsey, Shirley Westerfield and Diane Chambers.
