He is survived by: his mother Ann Henderson of Owensboro; his siblings, Greta Hardman of Owensboro, Jeana Ballow of Jasper, Indiana and John Henderson of Owensboro; and his nieces and nephews, Cody Henderson, Jonathan Hardman, Michael Ballow, Dakota Ballow, Leslie Mehlbauer, Hunter Henderson, Dallas Barnett and Emily Barnett.
