She was predeceased by: her father Ottie Fentress. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Daniel Scott Heads; and her siblings, James David Fentress, Jerry Wayne Fentress, Margaret Ann Sampson and Vicki Lee Jarvis (Jessy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
