She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Howard and Genevieve Howard; and her brother Timothy Howard. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Evans; her children, Mary Jo Carbiener (Erik), Stephenie Snyder (Barry), Chadwick Evans, Joshua Evans (Laurie) and Nathaniel Evans; her grandchildren, Jessica, Vanessa, Alyssa, Brittany, Cody, Jerrod, Briona, Brock and Jaxon; and her siblings, Stanley Howard, Stacy Howard, Dan Howard, Becky LaHood, Joeliene Carpenter and Jane Willson. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
