Cynthia Kay Frey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Frey of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Paul Jr. and Jamie Sue Mattingly Frey; her former husband Michael T. Payne; and her brother-in-law Rod Tuley. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Payne (Darrell), Jamie Payne and James Mulligan (Angie); her grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob, Mischa, Robert, Lauren, Destiny, Ishawn, Kelvonnie, Dezmone, Brodrick and Kiandra; her niece Leann; her siblings, Gayle Smith (Tom), Gerry Frey (Cami), Jonathan Frey (Sandra), Susan Frey, Jill Frey and Melissa Tuley; and her pet Little Man. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
