He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mitchell Clark, Diana Clark and Donald Clark. He is survived by: his wife Susie Payne Clark of Owensboro; his children, Jason Clark (Tanya), Jamie Clark and Sara Clark; and his brothers, James Clark (Francis), Wayne Clark (Patsy), Darriel Clark (Marilyn) and Dennis Clark (Mary Susan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
