He was predeceased by: his wife Lettie Clark Lowe; and his siblings, Kenneth Lowe, Robert "Bobby" Lowe, Doris Ann Lowe and Bruce Lowe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Athena Lowe Smith of Owensboro and Raina Lowe Warren (Stu) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Hadley Smith of Owensboro, Davis Smith of Owensboro, Blake Warren of Franklin, TN and Tori Warren of Franklin, TN; and his great grandchildren, Brooke Thompson and Allie Thompson.
