She was predeceased by: her father Hobert Knight; and her husband Reatus Alvey. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Burnett (Jeff) of Owensboro; her grandson Drew Burnett (Chelsea) of Seattle, Washington; her sister Barbara Jean Sosh of Owensboro; and her nephews, Steve Sosh of Owensboro and Donnie Buchanan (Susan) of Aurora, Colorado..
