He is survived by: his father Martin Mattingly of Owensboro; his daughter Gracie Mattingly; the mother of his child Rebecca Newton of Owensboro; his grandparents, Margaret Liles of Owensboro and Leon Berry of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his stepfather James Ramirez (Beth) of Florida; and his siblings, Amanda Pogue of Owensboro, Danielle Jackson of Owensboro, Taylor Pogue of Owensboro and Jadon Ramirez of Florida.
