She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel E. Young and Elizabeth Young; her husband Daniel Risse; and her siblings, Edward Young, Charles C. Young, Sammie Young, Donnie Young, Ann Ratliff and Jane Bradley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Sparks (Scott) of Owensboro, Susie Bartlett of Henderson and April Harrison (Deno) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Jarid Gardner, Kevin Bartlett, Jessica Wilson, Blake Bartlett, Amanda Harrison and Donald Harrison; her great grandchildren, Jackson Gardner, Landon Bartlett, Thomas Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Memphis Gardner, Camille Bartlett and Phenix Gardner; and her siblings, Faye Mehlbauer of Owensboro, Vicky Farmer of Owensboro and Billy Young of Owensboro.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
