She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Bellamy and Jane Sutherlin McDaniel; and her husband James Earl Cecil. She is survived by: her children, David Earl Cecil and Stephanie Stone (Raymond); her grandchildren, Raymond Stone II, Taylor Biever (Josh) and Luke Stone; her stepgrandson Sean Stone; her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Joshua Biever; her brother Wayne Bellamy (Connie); and her nieces, Kristi Palazzi and Amy Krueger.
