It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Eldridge Williams Jr. of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eldridge Sr. and Evelyn Williams (Todd). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Gabbert Williams (Martin); his grandchildren, Drew Williams (Jessica) of Henderson and Lauren Fruit (Alex) of Corydon; the mother of his children Karol Fletcher Williams of Henderson; his stepdaughter Sandra Wathen (Darrell); and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Wathen of Owensboro, Chris Wathen (Samantha) of Owensboro and Mark Wathen (Felicia) of Owensboro. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
