He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bennett of Owensboro and Ethel Pearl Smith Richardson of London, Kentucky.; his children, Brayden Douglas Bennett of London and Lydia Evelyn Bennett of London; and his brothers, Kenneth Bennett (Joyce) of London, Scott Root (Keri) of London, Mike Root (Brittany) of London and Bob Root (Donna) of Owensboro.
