She is survived by: her mother Sandra Dale Richmond; her stepfather Dennis Richmond; her son Kyle Foulks (Destiny) of Philpot, KY; her siblings, Jeff Payne (Lisa) of Doniphan and Susan Wilson (Randy) of Naylor, MO; her grandchildren, Kylie, Wyatt, Blaine, Dayton and Bryceton; and her nephews, Trey and Clay Payne.
