He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vickie Skaggs; his stepchildren, Michelle Warren (Tray) of Owensboro and Brian Peay of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Austin Peay (Monika), Hunter Peay, Katie Peay, Randy Peay and Addison Warren; and his sister Ruth Baisden of Owensboro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
