We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 67, Cindy Winstead Slaven of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Lee and Audrey Mills Winstead. She is survived by: her husband Gary Paul Slaven; her brother Melvin Lee Winstead Jr. (Barbara); her nephew Blake Winstead; her niece Olivia Hardy (Stephen); her great-niece Ramona; her aunt Delores Eskridge (J. B.); her sister-in-law Kathi Roach (Danny); her nephew Aaron Roach (Amy); and her niece Jennifer Slaven.

Due to current COVID-19 health and safety mandates, funeral services will be private at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory.
