He was predeceased by: his grandfather Oscar York; and his great-grandparent Mary Theresa Hudson. He is survived by: his parents, Floren Sam York (Diane Hale) of Cincinati, OH and Theresa M. Hudson York of Owensboro; his fiancée Alisha Stewart; his fiancée's children, Maya and Ezra Hocker of Owensboro; his siblings, Georganna Nichole York (Shawn Sexton) and Gregory Daniel York; his aunts, Catherine Bennett (Bill) and Bettyanna Armontrout (Scott); his uncle John Hudson; and his grandparents, Jackie, Bonnie Hudson and Shirley York.
