She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mildred Atherton, Ray Haswell and David Floyd Burns. She is survived by: her parent Katherine Atherton Barnett; her pet Frankie Rae; her parent Kathy; her daughter Kaylea Homiak of St. Petersburg, Florida; her sister Chery Lynn Axton of Tell City; her children, Jarrett, Kailynn and Tyler; her sister Cassaundra Leigh Wyatt of Indianapolis, Indiana; her friend Sheri; and also, Luke and Deluka. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and extended family.
