China Rain (Clark) Abel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of China Rain (Clark) Abel (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on March 9, 2020, at the age of 27. She is presided by one daughter, Amanda Kaylinn; her father Ronald Wayne Clark Jr, her mother Tina Marie Dalton, grandmother Jewell Clark grandfather Ronald Clark and siblings; shantele kirkman, Shannon Fontaine, Jeremiah Dalton and Jacob Dalton. Along with her aunt Julie Ford, Janie Blair, Dottie Head and uncle Gary Clark. She was a beautiful soul with a kind heart and a sense of humor that could make anyone laugh! She will be greatly missed!

“I remember riding the same bus with China; I wanted to talk with her, but didn't think she'd care to talk to me; but then she was sent to the same school and finally started talking and she was great, I looked forward to getting on the bus to talk, I loved talking to her and she's one of the very few people I kept contact with after school. I would message her occasionally and she was always great. I think of her often and catch myself wanting to message her. R.I.P. China!!”

“This breaks my heart to find out about China Rain. She was my student in 8th grade when she had brain surgery. She was such a tiny little thing, and even then she tugged my heart strings. I had one of her classmates contact me today and tell me the news. She reminded me that when she was going through her medical issues in middle school I had drawn a portrait of her and even written her a song cause she had the most amazing and unique name. I loved this little girl. God bless her family.”
