It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cherilyn Carlisle Kizer of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zane Carlisle and Marilyn Carlisle; and her daughter-in-law Virginia "Ginny" Kizer. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Kizer (Kristen) and Craig Kizer; her grandchildren, Maxwell Kizer, Bryson Kizer, Cooper Kizer and Logan Kizer; and her brothers, Richard Carlisle (Leslie) of Owensboro, Mark Carlisle (Ann) of Owensboro and Brian Carlisle (Anissa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
