She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo C. Baize and Jennie Mae Baize. She is survived by: her children, Kayla Nix of Owensboro and Charles Nix of Owensboro; her grandson Kaden Davis of Owensboro; and her siblings, Deborah Sweeney (Danny) of Ohio County, Barbara Hagan (Billy) of Owensboro and Robert Baize (Kim) of Beaver Dam. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
