It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Isbill of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Walter Louis Sr.; her siblings, Joseph E Isbill, Mary Roby, Theresa Settles and Mary Bernadette Isbill; and her brothers-in-law, John Roby and Bob Settles.
She is survived by: her siblings, Walter Isbill Jr. (Mary), Tommy Isbill (Kathy Druen), Elizabeth Johnson (Tom), Nancy Meisenhelder (Steve) and Robert Isbill (Melody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
