It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Tanner of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alney Charles Tanner and Barbara Septer Tanner Arflack. She is survived by: her sisters, Terri Bolin (Kevin) and Pamela Archambeau; her nieces and nephews, Grant Nicholson-Sauls (Lyra), Alyxandria Perry (Jacob), Courtney Voyles (Jordan), Jesse Adkins and Allison Bolin; and her great-niece Evelyn Rose Voyles.
Due to the pandemic the family has chosen to not hold a memorial service and the burial will be private.
