He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Steve Horn and Lori Horn of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Brandon, Adam, Austin, Ashley, Aric, Jase, Autumn, Mikey and London; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kinsley, Kash and Kingston; and his brother Kenneth Horn (Debbie) of Reynolds Station.
