He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gies Mattingly; his children, Charles Raymond Mattingly Jr. (Robin) of Utica, Jeffrey Mattingly of Owensboro, Greg Adler (Jessica) of Wadesville, Indiana, Elizabeth Hobbs (David) of Evansville and Kimberly Adler of Evansville; his grandchildren, Heath, Trent, Nicole, Gavin, Jaxon, Graham and Willow; and his siblings, Linda, Joseph, James, Nancy, Mary Ann, Johnnie, Tony, Gene and Joyce.
