He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Samantha Dixon (Chris) of Beaver Dam, KY, Josh Wilson (Robin) of Pleasant Ridge, KY, Mikaelea Wilson of Owensboro, KY, Ashley Hufnagel of Owensboro, KY and Amanda Forey; his mother Linda Wilson; and his brother Travis. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several cousins, aunts, uncles, a niece and two nephews.
