With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Thomas Ross (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on November 12, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ross and Mary Noffsinger Ross; and his wife Freida Beck Ross. He is survived by: his grandson Patrick; his children, Vicki Ross Riley of Owensboro and Jeff Ross (Beth) of Canton, Mississippi; his grandson Steven Patrick Riley (Alexandria) of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Philip Dulay-Swickard and Charles Ross Riley; his pet Sebastian; and his caregivers, Cinda Vanover, Kris Vanover and Tabitha Glover.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathen's Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
