He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Day and Thelma Day; and his wife Jaunita. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Cloyd of Louisville and Debbie Hocker (Greg) of Philpot; his grandchildren, Megan Hocker Riley (Steven) of Owensboro, Kaelin Hocker of Owensboro, John Charles Cloyd of Louisville and Jordan Cloyd of Louisville; and his brother Gayle C. Day (Susan) of Nicholasville.
