Charles Ray Evans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2020, at the age of 81, Charles Ray Evans of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Onis Evans and Polly Daniel Evans; and his brothers, James, Marion and Eugene Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce J. Evans; his daughters, Fonda Clark (Mark) of Oxford, MS and Beth Penrod (Donnie) of Philpot; his grandchildren, Dakota Penrod, Logan Penrod, Steffan Clark, Karly Clark and Christian Clark; his great grandchildren, Mikey, Ryan and Emily Clark; and his brother Thurman Evans (Glenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
