He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lee Chappell (Renee) of Owensboro, Robinn Ray Chappell (Brandi) of Owensboro and Sherri Chappell Martinez of Owensboro; and his siblings, Rose Horn of Owensboro, Sheila Johnson of Fordsville, Marsha Dudik of Arizona, Cindy Calahan of Rockport, IN, Kathy Rose of Owensboro, Kenneth Chappell of Blountzville, FL and Ricky Chappell of Rome, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
