He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Agnes Higdon Johnson and Justin Aloysius Johnson; his wife Linda Carol Johnson; his siblings, David Johnson, Michael Johnson and Clara Johnson; and his grandson Isaac Roberts.

He is survived by: his children, Deanna Bender (Joe), Michelle Roberts (Shawn), Laura Nave (Lonnie) and Benjamin Johnson (Nichole); his grandchildren, Jessica, Alexis, Andrew and Anley Payne; his children, Jacob, Sam, Luke, CoraAnne Roberts, Katelynn Rhodes (Zack), Morgan, Brooklyn Nave, Grace, Elizabeth, Emily, Justin and Tyler Johnson; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Toby Rhodes; and his siblings, Mary Ann Kurz of Owensboro, Yvonne Fulenwider of Owensboro, Theresa Haire of Owensboro, Eileen Mattingly of Owensboro, Cecilia Harnden, Dolores Hagan, McMinnville, Tenn and Leon Johnson. He is also survived by his animals, and visiting with his children and grandchildren.

Those attending the service must social distance and wear appropriate personal protective masks.
