He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Gish; and his sister Willadean Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Imogene Conrad; his daughters, Kathy Everly (Michael Crowe) of Owensboro and Tracy Barnett (Danny) of Semiway; his grandchildren, Cory Walker (Candace), Sara Englehardt (Robert), Kiele Moorman (Marty), Joshua Everly, Kara Miller (Adam), Marc Barnett, Allison Crowe and Cecilia Crowe; and his great grandchildren, Trey Englehardt, Maurice Moorman, Abby Englehardt, Bailei Walker, Melia Moorman, Nate Englehardt, Riley Walker, Malik Moorman, Lucas Crowe, Eli Englehardt, Kileah Everly, Channing Miller and Braxton Miller.
