He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Barr Bell; his grandchildren, Tony Bell and Justin Barr; and his sister Jeannie Barr Porreca. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mullen Barr; his children, Steven Charles Barr (Darlene) of Owensboro, Cynthia Barr Bromley of California and Paula Barr Martin (Brad) of Owensboro; his stepdaughter Dorothy Lomax (Robert) of Owensboro; and his siblings, James "Buddy" Barr (Ethel) of Washington State and Marjorie Darlands (Glenn) of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
